June's Intention - Embodying Inner Feminine & Masculine Energy as an Expression of Wholeness
Join us in sacred circle* as we move alongside the wisdom of Mother Cacao to awaken, empower, and embody our inner feminine and masculine energies. Ancient teachings of yoga and Ayurvedic science acknowledge these two energies within us, often referred to as the nida and the pingala. These essential energetic channels are important to the flow of our vital life force and are a gateway to experiencing our wholeness.
Consider bringing the following:
journal
offering for the Earth Altar as a gift of gratitude for Cacao
yoga mat &/or meditation cushion
blanket
mug for your cacao (eco-friendly mugs will be available)
This intimate gathering is guided by the healing wisdom of Mother Cacao. Together, we will create a sacred space to weave Spirit into Community. Each month we gather we will sink our roots into the nourishing wisdom of a chosen teaching. On months when we accompany the New or Full Moon, we will honor the creative essence within.
*An attunement circle differs from a sacred circle in that an attunement circle is intended to prepare you or “attune” you to receive the gift following our gathering. A sacred circle involves a teaching that inspires introspection and deep reflection. Sacred circles integrate eco-spiritual embodiment practices and invite awareness of felt-sense guided by the elements.
