Join Anaiya in community this Winter’s Eve to co-create a circle of Light in honor of the Wintering Soul.
The Wintering Soul emerges as a Divine, embodied presence, a guardian of stillness that is reverent, rooted, and quiet. Moving with gentle grace, and illuminated with the embers of One’s inner sacredness, it carries the medicine of winter, offering the courage to soften, the wisdom to rest, and the intention to listen deeply to what lives beneath the surface.
What to Expect:
During our time together, we will release into the stillness to witness our Soul’s medicine, activating awareness of its gifts through:
Ceremonial Cacao Invocation accompanied by the mother herb of Chamomile
Breath alchemy (breathwork)
Rooting to Release reflections
Embodiment expressions that encourage softening, rooting, stillness, Light
Experiential Light tending ritual
Our evening will be complimented with synthesized sound from sound master, Matthew Riley.
What to Bring:
Please bring the following to support your comfort and inner stillness:
yoga mat-or-blanket to serve as a yoga mat - this creates a "space" specifically for you during our time
pillow
blanket if you tend to run cool during meditation
anything more that inspires inner/outer comfort
water bottle
offering for our nature altar
*All love offerings will support the Benevolence Fund at Unity Church of the Hills. The Benevolence Fund is a compassionate resource created to support individuals and families experiencing short-term financial hardship. Through the generosity of our community, this fund provides practical assistance for essential needs such as housing, utilities, food, medical care, and other urgent expenses.
