Gentle Restorative Yin Yoga for Cancer - Fridays 12:00 -1:00 p.m.

This is a gentle restorative yin yoga class for individuals affected by cancer. This beautifully soul enriching class is an opportunity for you to receive respite and self nurture.

You do not have to have previous experience in yoga to participate in this class. Restorative yin simply offers you the opportunity to surrender by allowing the earth and props to be the support you need.

Restorative Yin is a type of yoga that is very gentle. It’s main purpose is to calm the fight-flight system and activate a relaxation response. Poses are supported with a variety of props and participants are asked to “melt” into a posture for three to five minutes. Research shows that by participating in a restorative yin class weekly, one can bringbalance to the nervous system and decreases anxiety related energy.

Pajama-rama Candlelight Healing Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Our Candlelight Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra is designed for individuals affected by chronic stress or simply looking for a relaxing class where they can restore their body and mind while connecting with their spirit.

Join us as we receive gentle support from bolsters, wrap ourselves in the comfort of a blanket and surrender to the peace of soft candlelight as we dissolve all of our stress and worry away with breath.

Restorative yoga is a nurturing practice that soothes the central nervous system and creates a safe space to feel connected to and supported. The practice heavily relies on yoga props to support you and invite a nurturing, comfortable space that encourages release. This class is designed for all levels and is trauma sensitive. No yoga experience required.

Reconnecting with the body that is present in the moment while making space for it to shift and change, alongside honoring the reality of the body’s current needs and metabolic nature is a beautiful place to begin to cultivate sustainable weight management goals.


Stress Reduction for the Holidays!

In this restorative two and a half hour workshop we will nurture self with a variety of yogic stress reducing techniques, create our own stress relieving essential oil blend and learn self massage tips to reduce tension. You are sure to leave feeling restored, renewed and stress reduced, confident in the art of being a Stress Ninja…ensuring you will definitely keep your Zen and make the Nice List.

Self Renewal in the New Year

This workshop invites your mind, body and spirit to reflectively pause and set an intention for manifesting the life you want to live in 2020!

Take a brave and empowering journey to navigate releasing habits, thoughts or behaviors that have been holding you back and preventing you from connecting with your highest self. It is time to wipe the slate clean and begin your journey towards self love, self compassion and self renewal.

We will begin our time together creating an intention guide. This will be your roadmap for 2020. We will release and cut ties with anything that does not serve our journey or our high self. We will end our time soaking it all in, with lovely restorative movement and healing breath, creating a sacred space for you to connect with the renewed self.
