Rhythms of the Wintering Soul

Join Anaiya for an evening of rhythmic drumming, community, and intention setting designed to attune your Spirit tempo to that of the Universe.

In the hush of Winter, the Soul finds its song.

As the Earth draws inward and the days grow still, we are invited to listen deeply to the quiet wisdom beneath the noise of the outer world. This sacred drum circle is a space to slow down, exhale into the season, and attune to the rhythm of One's Wintering soul.

Through the steady heartbeat of the drum, we honor the turning of the wheel and the soft call towards rest, reflection, and renewal. Each beat reminds us that even in stillness, life continues to pulse, whispering its guidance through both silence and sound.

Together, we will gather in community on this Winter's eve, to weave rhythm into presence, bowing to the reverence of the Winter season within.

How a drum circle works : A drum circle is inspired by the Beings who gather to create a rhythm that is unique to each circle. No one circle ever sounds the same. The circle typically begins with a “lead” rhythm. Others join in organically to create a community rhythm. The drumming usually follows an arc that wanes naturally over the course of the time shared together. 

You are invited to bring: 

• any type of drum you choose (and one to share if you would like). If you don’t have a drum, an empty bucket, oatmeal container, or otherwise is just as effective in creating vibration 

• a token of gratitude for our Nature altar honoring the season of Winter 

• meditation cushion, blanket, or other seat that is comfortable for you (chairs will be available)

• any other tokens that inspire your highest vibration!
