When we choose to live guided by Earth Wisdom and in harmony with the natural rhythm around us, we can rediscover our wholeness and affirm our sense of purpose by reducing the separation within, between, and around.

Mother Nature & Mother Earth gift their wisdom through the divine expression of each season. If we choose to notice, we may observe that each season holds within it a blueprint for the mind, body, and Soul. This blueprint can gently guide and support us as Beings as we navigate through seasonal shifts, transformation, as well as this journey we call life.

No one season is alike. Each invites a new layer of self-awareness and untapped potential to unfold. Aligning ourselves to each season is a harmonic way to connect with the natural world while also providing the most supportive environment for the overall well-being of the mind-body-Soul system as we navigate the seasons of life.

This seasonal shift invites us to journey beyond the renewal of Spring into the Aliveness of a Light-filled Summer to support transformation.

As we drift from the peaceful meadows of Spring and into the awakened active days of Summer, Mother Nature and Mother Earth greet us with longer days, shorter nights, deep orange sunsets, dances of fireflies, and enlivened expressions of vitality.

Summer is a yang season, in that it invites us to become motivated and enriched with productivity. Summer, like Spring, calls us to empower our masculine energies with productive movement that inspires our vitality and gifts us the motivation to move forward in life. This shift brings a harmonious balance between the inner and outer worlds.

This seasonal shift invites us to drift from the expansive outward energy of Summer towards the inward nurturing energy of Fall.

As summer dissolves, so too do the energies that live within its season. As Mother Nature makes her transition into Autumn, she inspires sustenance that nourishes our bodies, minds, and Souls in a way that supports shorter days, longer nights, cooler weather, and soothing breezes.

Fall is a yin season, in that it invites us to slow, begin to inwardly reflect, and allow. It guides us gently in surrender and letting go in effort to grow and evolve through our next Season. All to keep harmonious balance within and around.

This seasonal shift invites us to release the flowing breezes of Autumn and retreat into our inner sanctuary for a season of quiet rest.

As we lovingly release Autumn we gently step into the embrace of the Winter season and all of the comfort it brings for the mind, body, and Soul. Mother Nature, alongside Mother Earth, inspire the season of rest and reset, nurturing us through the chilly days and longer nights.

Winter is a yin season, in that it invites us to slow, inwardly reflect, and allow. Its guidance kindly encourages that we preserve our energy, our Qi, our Prana, reminding us we are valuable as we take time for inner stillness, preserving our energy for an upcoming season of renewal. Maintaining a harmonious balance within and around.

Next Winter Solstice is December 21, 2024.

This seasonal shift invites us to journey away from the den of our inner sanctuary and into an expansive open meadow of refreshing renewal.

As we yawn and stretch out from under the cozy blankets of Winter and into the open arms of the Spring season, Mother Nature and Mother Earth await us with nourishment for the mind, body, and Soul. Greeting us with vibrant colors, lush lands, flowing waters, and renewing expressions of vitality, inspiration and the knowing of possibility.

Spring is a yang season, in that it invites us to birth creativity, become inspired, and move into the light. It calls us to awaken the flowing streams of our masculine energies by moving more fluidly, more productively, and with a bit more inspiration. Creating harmony and balance within and around.
